Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de séparation par adsorbtion en lit mobile simulé comprenant des vannes en nombre limité. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend une colonne avec une pluralité de tronçons Sk à 2 plateaux superposés Pi à réseau unique de distribution, chaque tronçon Sk comprenant une ligne de dérivation externe principale Lk connectée à chaque plateau Pi de Sk par une vanne de plateau Vi. Chaque ligne Lk comprend un moyen de limitation de débit, et est reliée à chacun des réseaux de fluides via une une vanne unique.De plus, les piquages des lignes Lk sur la colonne sont décalés d'au plus 20 degres à l'intérieur de Sk, pour limiter le volume des lignes Lk, et décalés d'un angle moyen compris entre 70 degres et 110 degres entre 2 tronçons voisins Sk et Sk+1 pour ne pas fragiliser mécaniquement la colonne. Les plateaux comprennent de préférence des panneaux DMEi,j à secteurs parallèles dont la direction varie plateau par plateau ou par groupe de 2 plateaux.L'invention concerne également un procédé de séparation utilisant ce dispositif, notamment pour la séparation du paraxylène ou du métaxylène à partir d'une coupe C8 aromatique.
