Abstract

The machine comprises a hopper (2) that is configured for storing a bulk product and communicates with a portion equipped with a first rotatable roller and a second rotatable roller, where the bulk product is pressed between the first and second rotatable rollers. Each first and second roller is independently driven from each other by driving units in opposite directions of rotation. The driving units include a first driving unit of the first roller and a second driving unit (6) of the second roller, where the first driving unit is a heat engine of a vehicle. The machine comprises a hopper (2) that is configured for storing a bulk product and communicates with a portion equipped with a first rotatable roller and a second rotatable roller, where the bulk product is pressed between the first and second rotatable rollers. Each first and second roller is independently driven from each other by driving units in opposite directions of rotation. The driving units include a first driving unit of the first roller and a second driving unit (6) of the second roller, where the first driving unit is a heat engine of a vehicle and the second driving unit is a hydraulic motor. A torque produced by the first and second driving unit is transmitted to the first and second rollers by a first transmission unit and a second transmission unit respectively so that the product is rotated, where the rotational speed of the second driving unit is adjustable during operation. The first and second rollers have surfaces that are covered with incisors. The second transmission unit is a gimbal, and a shaft coupling the hydraulic motor and the second roller. The gimbal is secured to the second roller by a slide bearing. The hydraulic motor is mounted on a bearing cage mounted on a slide. The first transmission unit comprises belts (9) and pulleys coupling a power shaft (11) of the vehicle with the first roll. The belts are strained by a tensioning roller (12). The rotational speed of the hydraulic motor is regulated by a microvalve (15) placed on a hydraulic circuit that is placed upstream of the engine.
