Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compacts de soupe ainsi que le procédé de fabrication desdits compacts. Les compacts de soupe selon l'invention comportent de 70 à 100% en poids d'une poudre de soupe et 0 à 30% en poids d'additifs de pastillage et se présentent sous la forme d'une unité solide de composition homogène présentant une croûte d'une épaisseur comprise entre 10 µm et 1 mm.
