Abstract

The device has a woven hair band (a) including an openwork fabric or lace band (b) in its upper part and in contact with a scalp. The fabric or lace band permits to pass hair (e) of a patient via its openings (d) regularly spaced with respect to each other. The fabric or lace band serves to maintain the device against the scalp by using an aluminum ring (f), where the fabric or lace band is made of cotton.

Description

Hair band on weaving, intended for hair extensions, provided

  of regular orifices Device for hair extension consisting of a hair band on weave fig 1, provided in its upper part and in contact with the scalp, with a band of lace or perforated fabric acting in solidarity with the woven strip, fixed horizontally and protruding from the weaving zone (fig2), able to let through the holes of the patient's hair, which will serve to maintain the device against the scalp.

  The present device is intended to achieve quickly and comfortably, the lengthening of a hair by the use of several bands or --o section of tape, in a successive manner on one or more levels

  The invention now provides, through the regularity of the spacing of its orifices, the ability to cut at any location a section of tape to adapt to the needs of the user.

  Well known among wigmakers, the surfaces that support the hair s implanted, the weft, is very perforated to allow, on the one hand a hygiene and comfort, and on the other hand, the passage through the weft, hair of the client to mix with the hair of the hairpiece. In this case, the hair released serve to the aesthetics of the whole, but in no way contribute to maintaining the hairpiece e on the scalp.

  The present device on the contrary uses the hair of the patient to obtain durably the maintenance of the device on the scalp.

  The lace band or the openwork fabric will be fixed on the weaving points that is to say on an already existing seam, thus forming a seam that can only strengthen the maintenance of the hair on the band. The attachment of the lace or the openwork fabric can also be achieved by gluing.

  In a preferred but non-limiting form, the horizontal attachment of the lace, will exceed the level of weaving for a better grip

  The regular orifices and side by side are very important because they allow to cut a part of the device, depending on the need of the user.

  Several possibilities of fixing the device are offered, in a preferential but nonlimiting manner one will proceed as follows:

  Trace on the scalp a straight line

  After cutting a piece of tape, position it on this line, keeping it temporarily with flat pliers.

  Using a hook or a needle to fit, to pass in the first opening a lock of hair of the client begins preferably at one end of the band.

  Repeat the same operation in the next opening.

  The two wicks thus released will force the band to come to lean against the scalp, the openings acting as a guide.

  Connect the locks of hair together by a small diameter aluminum ring using a needle like pearl. Reassemble the ring against the root to fix the band and crush it using a clamp. Do the same on several points along the strip. (fig 3)

  This way of operating is interesting since one practices without glue thus without excessive heating

  Nevertheless it is obvious that one can use hair glue, with device. We will connect the two locks with glue, near the root.

  The band of lace or openwork fabric may be of different width depending on the effect sought.

  For example to have more volume, this lace can receive two levels of woven tape (weave), and on the same device we can design several levels of hair.

  The material used for the manufacture of lace or perforated fabric will preferably be made of cotton to ensure great comfort for the patient, and perfect hygiene.

  Of course it is possible to make this strip of lace or openwork fabric in other materials, natural or synthetic, to the extent that one respects a regular opening arrangement.

  1 - Device for hair extension consisting of a band of hair on weaving, provided in its upper part and in contact with the scalp, a band of lace or openwork fabric, acting jointly by sewing or gluing with the band woven, able to pass through the orifices of the patient's hair, which will be used, by means of a locking means, to maintain the device against the scalp.   2 - device for hair extension according to claim 1, characterized in that the lace strip or perforated fabric is fixed horizontally and exceeding the upper level of the woven hair zone.   3 - device for hair extension according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the openings of the lace strip or perforated fabric is spaced regularly   4 - device for hair extension according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lace strip or perforated fabric is of different width to be able to receive one or more woven hair bands - device for hair extension according to the Claims 4, characterized in that the holding of the device is performed by aluminum rings 6 - Device for hair extension according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the holding of the device is effèctuer with the glue
