Es ist bekannt, daß die marktüblich verwendeten Arten der Haarverlängerung auf der ca. zwei bis fünf stündigen Montage von Synthetik- wie Echthaarsträhnen an den Haaransatz des Naturhaares durch Klebe-, Knüpf- und ähnliche Verfahren beruhen.It is known that the types of hair extension commonly used on the market are based on the installation of synthetic and real hair strands to the hairline of the natural hair using gluing, knotting and similar methods, which takes about two to five hours.

Beide Verfahren bergen für den Benutzer zahlreiche Nachteile. Das Einsetzen von Haarsträhnen in die Strähnen des Naturhaares in jedem möglichen Verfahren bringt eine Anzahl von Verbindungspunkten mit sich. Diese entfernen sich mit dem Wachstum der Naturhaare vom Haaransatz. Durch diesen natürlichen Vorgang wird die Haarpflege und insbesondere das Haarbürsten zunehmend problematischer. Weiterhin werden die Verbindungspunkte sichtbar, was zur nicht gewünschten optischen Erkennbarkeit der Haarergänzung führt. Außerdem führt falsche oder zu geringe Pflege zur Verfilzung von Natur- und Ergänzungshaar, die ein irreparables Maß annehmen können. Eingesetzte Haarsträhnen müssen daher mindestens alle 8 Wochen herausgelöst und wieder am Haaransatz befestigt werden, um den gewünschten Effekt zu erhalten. Die herausgelösten Haarsträhnen müssen jedoch vor dem erneuten Einsetzen ein erneutes Mal veredelt und mit den Bondingpunkten, also dem Befestigungsmaterial am Einsatzende der Strähne, versehen werden. Dies kann der Friseur nicht selbst machen, sonder muß die Strähnen an seinen Hersteller einschicken. Erforderlich ist einen hoher Zeitaufwand von jeweils zwei bis fünf Stunden für jeden Vorgang des Einsetzens, Herauslösens und erneutem Einsetzens. Außerdem bringt die erneute Veredelung einen Zeitraum mit sich, in dem der Endnutzer sein Produkt entbehren oder sich eine zweite Garnitur anschaffen muß.Thermoplastic mixing processes are common, which simultaneously bond the hair strands to be inserted to the natural hair strands and weld them together using heat. Claims

Device for the integration of supplementary hair pieces to lengthen and thicken natural hair in the form of a strip-shaped carrier for incorporated real or synthetic hair to be attached to the hairline of the natural hair to fill out and thicken natural hair as well as to extend it according to predetermined dimensions of thickening or filling based on the number of hairs per cm of the carrier and the length of the hair, also in cm.
