Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to structures consisting of an envelope

  flexible device associated with an internal padding allowing them to keep in shape, like lint, dolls, cushions, pillows or the like, and which are provided

  means of approval in odoriferous product.

  It is relatively conventional to decorate stuffed animals, dolls like "rag dolls", cushions, pillows or other similar objects, by depositing an odoriferous substance, in particular perfume, on their peripheral envelope,

especially by spraying.

  Toy sellers in particular know how to scent the corresponding products to potentiate their attractiveness in order to increase sales; on the other hand, perfumers sometimes use this kind of support to make the

  promotion of their own fragrant products.

  As a general rule, fluff or other flexible supports are presented for sale already scented, which requires the use of large quantities of strong perfume (and therefore of poor quality, or failing this which results in a fairly rapid disappearance of the scent. The present invention aims to remedy this drawback so as to be able to scent this kind of structure without great constraint, in a lasting, effective and homogeneous manner. To this end, the structure of the plush, doll, cushion or similar kind according to the present invention , consisting of a flexible peripheral envelope associated with an internal padding which allows it to keep in shape, comprises a receptacle for receiving an odoriferous liquid product, disposed in said padding. This receptacle comprises an internal cavity delimited by a wall of porous material or micro-porous ensuring a progressive diffusion of the odoriferous product, which wall has a structure in fo rme of non-return valve allowing the introduction of said odoriferous product into said internal cavity. In addition, the corresponding structure comprises means for recharging the receptacle in

odoriferous product.

  The odoriferous product used can be any perfume or scent, for example based on concentrated essential oil, the aim being either to spread a pleasant odor, or to allow the exhalation of scents having a physical effect of relaxation or helps with breathing, especially for babies or young children with colds. According to a preferred embodiment, the wall of the receptacle for receiving the odoriferous product is made of EVA resin (copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene). Still according to a preferred embodiment, the non-return valve of the receptacle for receiving the odoriferous product is placed opposite an orifice arranged in the flexible peripheral envelope of the toy; this orifice is advantageously delimited by a reinforcing member, in particular in the form of an eyelet

circular set.

  According to yet another feature, a conduit, preferably made of flexible plastic, connects the orifice which is arranged in the flexible peripheral envelope

  and the odoriferous product receptacle valve.

  The connecting duct in question is advantageously provided with end flanges for fixing it, on the one hand on the non-return valve, and on the other hand on the reinforcement member of the orifice arranged in the peripheral envelope. flexible, in particular by a

hooking lug system.

  Still according to the invention, the non-return valve of the receptacle for receiving the odoriferous product is provided with at least one orifice for introducing said odoriferous product, associated with a projecting needle structure allowing the opening of a

refill capsule.

  In this context, the structure according to the invention is associated with at least one odoriferous product refill capsule, which capsule or capsules are in the form of a cylindrical container, the lower end of which comprises a suitable closure system. to be deactivated by the aforementioned protruding needle, and the upper end of which comprises a plug structure capable of cooperating with a pusher

  (independent or not) to form a piston for ejecting said odoriferous product.

  The shutter system provided at the lower end of the

  refill capsule advantageously consists of a crimped or molded ball.

  following description of a particular embodiment, given only as

  example and shown in the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a general view of a structure according to the present invention, in the form of teddy bear; - Figure 2 is an enlarged view, in section, which schematically shows the means

  of reception and distribution of the odoriferous product, with recharging means.

  The teddy bear-shaped toy 1 represented in FIG. 1 mainly consists of a flexible peripheral envelope 2 shaped by an internal padding 3, for example consisting of a mass of synthetic threads or wool. The padding 3 incorporates a receptacle 4, detailed in FIG. 2, comprising an internal cavity 5 delimited by a wall 6 provided with a non-return valve 7. This valve 7 is placed opposite an orifice 8 arranged in the flexible casing 2, and connected to this via a conduit 9, for charging and / or recharging the

  receptacle 4 with a liquid odoriferous product 10 contained in a capsule 11.

  The non-return valve 7 is structured to allow the introduction of odorous liquid product 10 into the internal cavity 5 of receptacle 4, and to prevent the exit of this liquid; the wall 6 of this receptacle 4 is made of porous or micro-porous material, for example EVA resin (copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene) or other similar material, so as, after impregnation, to diffuse the scent gradually to scent the plush and the immediate environment, from the inside. As shown in FIG. 2, the valve 7 has a generally cylindrical shape provided with a projecting axial needle structure 12 surrounded by an annular groove 13. This groove 13 is extended by one or more orifices 14 allowing the passage of the liquid from outside to inside of receptacle 4; this unidirectional circulation is managed by a non-return membrane 14 'fixed at one of its ends on the bottom of the valve. The valve 7, for example made of material

  plastic, is embedded and glued in a suitable hole in the wall 6.

  The cylindrical conduit 9 makes the connection between a reinforcing member 15 which delimits

  the orifice 8 of the flexible envelope 2, and the upper edge of the valve 7.

  This cylindrical conduit 9 is made of flexible plastic and it has end flanges 16 and 17 which cooperate with protruding locking lugs 18 and 19 arranged respectively on the valve 7 and on the reinforcement member 15, for

secure it.

  The protruding pins 18 are arranged on the upper edge of the valve 7; they are suitable for piercing the flange 16 of the conduit 9, or else for entering into

  suitable orifices provided on said collar.

  The protruding pins 19 are arranged on the reinforcing member 15; they are suitable for piercing the flange 17 of the conduit 9, or else for being introduced into orifices

  adapted provided on said collar.

  The reinforcing member 15 is advantageously in the form of a circular eyelet of metal or plastic, which is crimped around the periphery of the orifice 8

  previously cut from the flexible envelope 2.

  Note that the edge of the orifice 8 is sandwiched between the reinforcing member 15 and the flange 17 of the conduit 9, the protruding pins 19 penetrating into

  the flexible casing 2 before coming to lock on said flange 17.

  Of course, the attachment of the conduit 9 on the reinforcing member 15 and on the valve 7 can be achieved by other means. The capsule 11 which contains the odoriferous product 10 is in the form of a cylindrical container 20 of plastic material, the lower end of which comprises a closure system 21, for example in the form of a crimped or molded ball, and the l 'upper end is closed by a cylindrical plug structure 22 of rubber or plastic, forcibly engaged. The upper end of the capsule 11 can receive a protective membrane 23 which covers the closure plug 22; this plastic membrane 23 is fixed by gluing and acts as a seal. The capsule 11 is associated with an independent manual pusher structure 24 which is intended to press on the closure plug 22, once the protective membrane 23 has been removed, and once the closure system 21 deactivated, to form

  an odoriferous product ejection piston.

  Charging or recharging the receptacle 4 with odoriferous product 10 is carried out by introducing the capsule 11 into the orifice 8 until its lower end comes into contact with the valve 7, guided by the plastic sheath 9. A pressure on the capsule 11 then allows the needle 12 to open the closure system 21, by break-in; the molded or crimped ball 21 is then pushed towards the inside of the container 20. After removing the protective membrane 23, the plug 22 is moved internally using the manual pusher 24 to propel the odoriferous product 10 outside the container 20. The liquid product can then flow into the internal cavity of the receptacle 4 through the orifices provided in the valve 7, pushing back slightly

the membrane 14 '.

  The capacity of the capsule 11 can be of the order of a few milliliters (for example 5 ml). The nature of the odoriferous product used will be adapted to the desired pleasure functions (pleasant scent and / or search for relaxation or ease

respiratory, for example).

  The support structure equipped with means for diffusing odoriferous product in accordance with the invention may consist of a plush or doll type toy. It can also be a comfort or decoration object, such as a cushion or pillow

  in particular, of completely free and indifferent form.

  Where appropriate, several odoriferous product diffusion structures can be arranged on the same support, in particular depending on the size of the latter and

  of the "strength" of scent sought.

- CLAIMS   1.- Structure of the plush, doll, cushion, pillow or similar type, consisting of a flexible peripheral envelope (2) associated with an internal padding (3) which allows it to be kept in shape, characterized in that it comprises a receptacle (4) for receiving a liquid odoriferous product (10), disposed in the internal padding (3), which receptacle (4) comprises an internal cavity (5) delimited by a wall (6) made of porous or micro-porous material ensuring a progressive diffusion of said odoriferous product (10), which wall (6) comprises a structure in the form of a non-return valve (7) allowing the introduction of said odoriferous product (10) into said internal cavity (5), said structure comprising further means for recharging said receptacle (4) by odoriferous product (10).   2.- Structure according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a receptacle (4) for receiving the odoriferous product (10) whose wall (6) is made of   EVA resin (copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene).   3.- Structure according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in   what it includes a receptacle (4) for receiving the odoriferous product (10) whose non-return valve (7) is placed opposite an orifice (8) arranged in the envelope flexible device (2).   4.- Structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the orifice (8) arranged in the flexible peripheral envelope (2) is delimited by a member of   reinforcement (15) in the form of a crimped circular eyelet.   5.- Structure according to any one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in   that it comprises a conduit (9), preferably made of flexible plastic, which connects the orifice (8) arranged in the peripheral envelope (2) and the non-return valve (7) of the   odoriferous product receptacle (4).   6.- Structure according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises a connecting duct (9) provided with end flanges (16, 17) for its fixing on the one hand on the non-return valve (7) , and on the other hand on the reinforcing member (15) of the orifice (8)   fitted in the flexible peripheral envelope (2).   7.- Structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the non-return valve (7) and the reinforcing member (15) of the orifice (8) arranged in the flexible peripheral envelope (2), comprise lugs ( 18, 19) for fixing intended to pierce the flexible flanges (16, 17) of the connecting duct (9), or intended to cooperate with   adapted orifices arranged in said flanges (16, 17).   8.- Structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in   that the non-return valve (7) of the receptacle (4) for receiving the odoriferous product is provided with at least one orifice (14) for introducing said odoriferous product, associated with a projecting needle structure (12) allowing the opening of a refill capsule (11). 9.
