- le béton est coule et vibré en même temps puis presse par un couvercle presseur applique sur le moule et qui comporte des inserts pour la formation des évidements de chant decrits précédemment,
- apres démoulage les plaques portant les pierres formées par le moule sont mises à sécher jusqu'à durcissement complet. C'est à ce stade que l'écartement entre les ensembles et les groupes d'une même plaque procure une bonne ventilation des pierres,
