Abstract

THE INVENTION CONCERNS A DISPENSER OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS WHICH IS SHAPED BY A MAIN BODY 1, ADVANTAGEOUSLY OF A TUBULAR CYLINDRICAL SECTION, WITH A PLUG 2 WITH A FLAT BOTTOM TO CLOSE IT, A CLOSING JOINT 3 ARRANGED UNDER THE CAP, AN INTERIOR SLIDING PART 4 LIKELY TO MAKE GUIDED MOVEMENTS IN VERTICAL SENSE, BUT CANNOT TURN WITH RESPECT TO THE MAIN BODY IN WHICH IT IS CONCENTRICALLY HOUSED, A THREADED ROD 5 BY WHICH THE SAID SLIDING PART IS ACTUATED AND A 6 TIG WHEEL IN ACTION THREADED. THE CONTAINER IS PREFERREDLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE, TO CONTAIN PERFUMERY AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS.

Description

The invention relates to a new container which, while being susceptible

  to be used for other applications, is specially designed to be used as a distributor of

  cosmetic products in the form of sticks.

  The new dispensing container proposed by the invention is essentially characterized in that it consists of six associated parts, namely: the body of the container, a cap adapted to the body by means of a thread, a seal ensuring a hermetic bucket-shaped closure which is placed between the container edge and an inner layer of the stopper, an inner slider which can move axially relative to the body, without being able to rotate, a screw through which the displacement is achieved of the slide and, finally, an actuating wheel, which is located at the bottom, has the shape of a cylindrical cup and meshes with the screw, these two

  parts with gear teeth engaged for this purpose.

  In this way, when the steering wheel is rotated by hand relative to the body, the screw which meshes with it is made to turn at the same time and, thanks to the connection of this screw with the slide, one obtains the vertical movement of the slide, that is to say its rise or descent, according to the direction of rotation.   The body i of the container has the general shape of a tube, whose upper end is open and the lower end is closed by a base discord. In this base we drilled two

The section of the grooves is the same as that of the ribs.   Concentric to the larger tube of the slider, the longer tube, which is longer, has been placed so that its lower end is at a lower level than the lower end of the larger diameter tube. The inner diameter of the middle tube is a little larger than the diameter of

  the concentric orifice of the base of the body.

  The smaller tube is located inside the larger tube and outside the middle tube, coaxially to the eccentric port of the base of the body. The height of this smaller tube is the same as that of the largest and does not exceed it at any of its ends. Inside the smaller tube is a thread. The body of the screw 5 is formed by three coaxial cylinders. The upper cylinder is the longest and the one with the smallest diameter. It carries a thread conjugate of that arranged inside the smallest tube of the slider. The intermediate cylinder has the same diameter as that of the eccentric orifice pierced in the base of the body. Its height is slightly greater than the thickness of the base of the body. The lower cylinder is the one with the largest diameter and

  present in the form of a toothed wheel.

  The actuating flywheel has the shape of a cylindrical cup, whose upper end is open and whose lower end is closed by a base discord. In the center of this base and on the inner face thereof, there is a tube in the form of a toothed wheel, surmounted by a tubular extension of the same internal diameter and outer diameter, smaller, equal to that of the concentric orifice of the base of the body. The height of this extension is slightly larger than the thickness of

the base of the body.

  The diameters of the toothed outer faces of the flywheel and the screw are such that the teeth of these two parts mesh perfectly when the screw is inserted into the non-concentric orifice of the base of the body and when the flywheel is introduced into the concentric orifice of this same base, the toothed portion of the screw located between the toothed portion of the

  steering wheel and the cylindrical wall of the latter.

  As mentioned above, the upper part of the container closes tightly thanks to the fitting of the seal on the mouth of the body. At the bottom, the closing of the body is made hermetic thanks to the adjustment of the diameters of the intermediate cylinder of the screw and the eccentric orifice of the base of the body, on the one hand, and to the adjustment of the diameters of the extension the central tube of the steering wheel and the concentric orifice of the base

of the body, on the other hand.

  When you turn the steering wheel, it turns the

  screw through meshing of the toothed parts of the two parts.

  When the screw rotates, the slider moves vertically inside the body, because it behaves like an immobilized nut

in rotation.

  clearly show that the design according to the invention allows a simple, efficient, easy to implement and

  ensuring a relatively low cost price.

  Modifications of detail may be made to the structure of the container according to the invention without departing

of the latter's framework.

  Thus, to better seal the closure of the container, the cup-shaped seal reversed may have an annular protuberance whose underside rests on the upper edge of the container and the top receives the tiering

internal ring of the cap.
