Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for reducing factures, such as those of the trochanter, the condyle and the neck of the femur, of the type comprising a plate (7) which is capable of being applied, by means of screws, against the body of the bone and is provided with a ring (9), and a rod (15) having one end shaped as a screw (18) for its screwing into the head of the bone, and one end (18) housed in the ring (9) and blocked inside the latter. The end (19) of the rod (15), housed in the ring (9), is advantageously connected in a rotational manner to the ring (9) by means of a polygonal prismatic connection.
