Abstract

Ecrou limiteur de couple comportant une portion filetée et une portion non filetée séparées par une région de faible section susceptible d'être cisaillée. La surface extérieure de l'écrou est recouverte par une enveloppe isolante qui maintient la portion non filetée après cisaillage ou évite qu'elle provoque des courts-circuits après cisaillage et chute dans l'installation. Cet écrou est avantageusement utilisé pour le serrage de pièces électriques.
