Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préférence continu, de traitement d'effluents radio-actifs de faible et moyenne activité comportant un prétraitement desdits effluents, une précipitation de composés radio-actifs de façon à former une suspension stable qui pourra être surconcentrée, caractérisé en ce qu'on mélange de 0,6 à 2 parties en poids de ciment pour une partie en poids de suspension, de 0,5 à 5 % en poids, par rapport au ciment, de fibres d'amiante et éventuellement un complément d'eau nécessaire pour assurer la prise dudit ciment, ladite suspension contenant de 15 à 75 % en poids d'extrait sec et un agent de suspension, et que le mélange homogène obtenu est coulé dans un conteneur.
