Abstract

The solar heating panel, has glass roof plates (4) each of which is flat or slightly rounded with its side edges bent up at an angle of about 40 degrees. The edges of each pair of adjacent roof plates (4) are embedded in mastic and covered by a line of ridge tiles. These are curved to fit over the bent edges of the roof plates (4) so that these are retained by their elasticity. A decorative timber plank can be used instead of the line of tiles.

Description

The drawings annexed by way of illustration and without limitation give, with more details and some improvements, the details of a large solar tile, a system already described in patent application No. 79/24784 and its additive No. 79/27380.

The profile forming the frame of the tile will have to adapt to the joint-covering tiles, to single or double glazing of quality and of unlimited shape. The interior of the absorber will undergo a few variations in order to adapt to different types of solar absorbers; liquid, hawker, air, electric cells ect ...

The glazing (4) can be flat and can be placed in a simple rebate with putty or conventional joint covers. According to another means, the glazing has a particular shape; the pane is flat or slightly rounded, has the edges raised and conform to a rebate of the same shape. The pane is held in place by its elasticity and the dovetail effect between the rebate and the edge of said pane (17, fig. 2 PL. 1/2). When the support of the tile or the like is flat, the glazing is flat and becomes entangled in the manner already described. An improvement consists in folding around 850 the edges of the glazing, the latter then fits into two well-dimensioned lateral grooves in order to hold the glazing in place by dovetail effect (19, FIG 2,
PL 2/2) .These grooves (18) allow the flow of water which slides under the tiles, slates, doses of wood ect ... The glazing can be in one piece or several elements which fit together in series, system already described in additive NO 79 / 27380. The excess thicknesses of the shrinkage of the glazing are compensated by putty, an additional thickness or else absorbed by a variation in shape in the groove in order to have the additional thickness below and not to have a wind resistance (fig: 3 pu1 / 2).

The interior of the absorber, according to the invention and the type of absorber, has the walls which reflect on the absorber the rays picked up and most towards the center (25, FIG 2, PL 1/2).

The connection pipes cross the bottom of the absorber compartment or its side walls (22). The solar tile is fixed either by a swivel hook (26), or by wooden cleats, the fixing screws of which pass through the hollow of the wave and hang the assembly on the purlin (16, FIG 2, PL 1/2 According to the invention, the part serving as support for the tiles can be flat and between notched for tile heels (20, FIG 2 PL 2 / 2r
A wide n-shaped joint cover can dovetail effect in the groove of two elements (21, FIG 2, PL 2/2). The upper part of this profile can be extended to cover the glass in order to facilitate decoration with bituminous product, such as vertigo ect ... This same extension can penetrate the groove in order to allow the use of this sensor in the direction horizontal (21 and dotted, fig 2, PL2 / 2)
The decoration means can simply enter a joint cover as shown by the dotted lines (27, FIG 2, PL 1/2).

According to these solar collectors, the tiles and others replace the joint covers (but these can remain) and give an aesthetic appearance to roofs and cladding. These materials, preferably traditional, also play a solar role, the round tile reflects a certain radiation on the absorber (like a wall), creates, like the other materials, by restoring 11 energy received from the sun, an air mattress the surface of the glazing tends to reduce the difference in temperature inside the outside in order to improve the efficiency of the absorber.

It is always hotter in a hollow.

The profile according to another embodiment is closed or has no bottom in the cabin of the absorber. The wings in all cases serve as handling safety, support for plasterboard, paneling ect ... Another means allows an insulating and rigid material to constitute a full profile carrying or carried. The few adaptations to be made and recommended cannot modify the character of the invention.
