Abstract

The packing carton has a base which is adjacent to hinged sides and ends. The sides are also fitted with extensions which are folded over towards the centre of the packing carton. The corners are reinforced with T-shaped pieces connected to the base. The extensions are folded over once more to be parallel with the base. The folded tabs in the box are glued down. The cartons may be stacked and held together with tabs integral with the main carton.
