Abstract

The incinerator has a combustion chamber (1) which is adjacent to a post-combustion chamber (2). The two chambers are divided by a wall (3). The front wall of the incinerator (4) has a feeder opening (5) and the hearth has a number of grilles. The grilles are on a slope to allow the forward feeding of the refuse. There are further perpendicular grilles at right angles for collecting ashes. The grilles are located below the dome (8). the exhaust gases circulate through the openings (20) and leave the incinerator by the opening (18) in the wall of the post-combustion chamber.
