Abstract

Dispositif permettant de granuler des produits pâteux et de déposer ces granulés en couche régulière sur un tablier ou un transporteur à bande. Il comprend une enceinte quasi-cylindrique 1, un piston 9 tournant autour d'un arbre 2 à excentriques. Le produit pâteux introduit à la partie supérieure de l'appareil par la trémie 7 est comprimé par le piston et est extrudé par les rangées de trous 8 disposées à la partie inférieure de l'appareil sur toute sa largeur. Un plateau mobile 18 entraîné par vérin empêche le voûtage de la matière. Un système de brosses ou de segments racleurs 20 assure le nettoyage des trous d'extrusion. L'invention peut être utilisée pour la granulation des produits pâteux en vue de leur séchage, de leur refroidissement ou de leur traitement thermique.
