Abstract

Ce procédé industriel d'extraction de phospholipides à partir d'organes d'animaux permet d'obtenir un complexe de phospholipides pur, de composition constante et reproductible. Ce procédé comprend 4 phases : a. Les tissus animaux, convenablement broyés et homogénéisés, sont soumis à une macération dans l'acétone à froid; b. Les tissus isolés par filtration sont soumis à une extraction à l'acétone à la température de reflux; c. Les tissus résiduels sont soumis à une extration sous vide dans un courant d'azote avec de l'alcool éthylique, la solution alcoolique est amenée à la siccité et le résidu est repris à l'éther éthylique; d. La solution éthérée est mélangée avec de l'acétone pour précipiter les phospholipides purs.This industrial process for extracting phospholipids from animal organs makes it possible to obtain a complex of pure phospholipids, of constant and reproducible composition. This process comprises 4 phases: a. The animal tissues, suitably ground and homogenized, are subjected to cold maceration in acetone; b. Tissues isolated by filtration are subjected to extraction with acetone at reflux temperature; vs. The residual tissues are subjected to vacuum extraction in a stream of nitrogen with ethyl alcohol, the alcoholic solution is brought to dryness and the residue is taken up in ethyl ether; d. The ethereal solution is mixed with acetone to precipitate the pure phospholipids.
