Abstract

Plunger pump with the plunger unit formed a hollow plunger (10) fitted in inner chamber with a gas spring with a separating element under pressure from an operating medium on that side facing away from the gas chamber. The separating element has a movable bearing in relation to the plunger. The separating element is formed as a piston equipped with a central conical pin which fits into an excess flow bore leading to the pump chamber which the piston is in start position.
