Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de gel pour le traitement de l'acné. Selon l'invention, cette composition de gel pour traitement de l'acné est efficace à de faibles concentrations de trétinoine, pour l'application topique. La composition est hautement efficace dans le traitement des conditions de l'acné et est capable d'être stockée sans réfrigération pendant de longues durées sans perte de l'efficacité thérapeutique et tout en maintenant l'uniformité et la stabilité du gel. La présente invention s'applique notamment au traitement des desordres dermatologiques tels que l'acné qui se présente sous la forme de comédons ou de points noirs, de follicules, de pustules, de papules, de kystes et de nodules.
