Abstract

Carboard, polyethylene-coated corrugated cardboard, or other pliable material is cut and provided with fold lines and consists of two similar portions separated by a fold line, each portion having a base surrounded by four sides, four triangular folds at the corners, handles at each end and a central reinforcement acting as a hinge for folding the carrier into place. The carrier is simply assembled by customers and is esp. used for fruit and vegetables.
