Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för mätning av blodtryck under användning av en blodtrycksmanschett (l) som uppumpas medelst en lufthandpump (3) och där luft avges medelst en ventil (4), känneteeknad därav, att vid uppumpning av manschetten (1), som bestär av tvä parallella fysiskt sammanbundna och pneumatiskt kommunicerande kuddar, expanderar kuddarna asymmetriskt men spegelsymmetriskt omkring centrumlinjen för manschetten (1) och uppnär en form där varje kudde är progressivt mer expanderad i förhällande tili avständet frän kanterna av manschetten mot centrumlinjen, varigenom tvärsnittet för manschetten blir huvudsakligen dubbelt droppformat med spetsarna för dropparna mot centrumlinjen av manschetten för att bilda tvä kraftfält riktade snett mot varandra och mot en extremitet omsluten av manschetten för att förhindra blodströmmen i en passerande artär under manschetten genom att klämma artären mot det underliggande skelettet inom ett omräde fokuserat av de tvä kuddarna.
2. Apparat för genomförande av förfarandet enligt krav 1 för att mätä blodtryck innefattande en manschett för blodtryck (1), en manometer (2) ansluten tili manschetten, en ventilanordning (4) ansluten tili manschetten för reglerad avgivning av luft frän manschetten och en luftpump (3) ansluten tili manschetten eller ventilen, känneteeknad därav, att manschetten (1) bestär av tvä parallella, fysiskt sammanbundna och pneumatiskt kommunicerande kuddar, vilka har ett droppformat tvärsnitt med spetsen för drop-pen vänd mot centrumlinjen och vilken vid uppumpning expanderar asymmetriskt men spegelsymmetriskt omkring centrumlinjen för manschetten och där materialet har varieran-de tjocklek över tvärsnittet och där materialet i ytan för kudden vänd bort frän extremiteten är avsevärt tjockare än materialet i ytan av kuddarna vettande mot extremiteten för att bilda tvä kraftfält riktade snett mot varandra och mot en extremitet omsluten av manschetten för att förhin- II 95534 dra blodflödet i en artär frän att passera under manschet-ten genoxn att klämma artären mot det underliggande skelet-tet i ett omräde fokuserat av de tvä kuddarna.
3. Apparat enligt krav 2, kännetecknad därav, att kuddarna är asymmetriska sk att kuddarna är mer expanderade i be-roende av avständet frän kantlinjerna, varigenoin ytan av manschetten som vetter mot extremiteten är huvudsakligen dubbelt droppformad mot centrumlinjen för att bilda nämnd kraftfält och deras fokuserade omräde.
4. Apparat enligt krav 3, kännetecknad därav, att mate-rialtjockleken hos tvärsnitten för de droppformade kuddarna varierar pä ett sätt sk att vid uppumpning bildas de tvä kraftfälten och genom detta ett fokuserat omräde som är mellan 10 mm och 15 mm.
