Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för framställning av räbly i huvudsakligen ett steg medelst suspensionssmältningsförfarandet frän ett blysulfidkoncentrat, kännetecknat av kombinatio-nen, att a) finfördelat blysulfidkoncentrat och syre eller syrean-rikad luft och flux mätäs tili det övre partiet av en sus-pensionssmältningszon (2) för bildande av en suspension och oxidering av blysulfiden tili räbly, vars svavelhalt är 0,1-0,5 vikt-%, b) blyoxidhalten av slagget som bildas i den nedre ugnen (3) regleras genom att reglera samtidigt eller separat tem-peraturen, slaggets FeO + CaO/SiC^-förhällande och oxidati-onsgraden och/eller slagget reduceras sä, att slaggets bly-halt är högst 25 %, c) gasfasens syretryck regleras tili ett omräde, inom vilket gasens blyhalt är vid ett minimum, d) i stigströmningszonen (4) utsättes gaserna som innehäl-ler flygstoft och smältdroppar för en cyklonseparation för äterföring av flygstoftet och det smälta blyet tili den nedre ugnen (3) sä, att mängden räbly som erhälles frän den nedre ugnen utgör en väsentlig del av blymängden i koncentratet.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1,kännetecknat av att slaggets blyoxid reduceras i. den nedre ugnen (3) genom injisering av koldamn antingen tili slagget eller räblyet.
3. Förfarande enligt krav 1,kännetecknat av att reduktionen av slaggets blyoxid utföres i en elektrisk ugn genom att injisera koldamm antingen i slagget eller räblyet.
4. Förfarande enligt krav 1,kännetecknat av -5 att gasfasens syretryck regleras inom intervailen 10 10 ^ dä temperaturen är 1100-1300°C. 1 Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende kraven, kännetecknat av att mängden räbly erhällen frän deniQ,04.84 nedre ugnen är cirka 90 vikt-% av blymängden i koneentraLet.
