Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för utvinning av raffinerat räbly ur material innehällande bly huvudsakligen i form av oxider och eller sulfater, kannet e ck-n a t därav, att det bly innehällande materialet tillföres en roterbar ugn rned en mot vertikal- och horisontalplanet lutande rotationsaxel och materialet smältes i ugnen med hjälp av en syre-bränsle-läga över ytan pä materialet, blyföreni ngarria I den bildade smältan reduceras tili räbly genom tillförsel av ett reduktionsm^Jel och ugnen roteras under reduktionsförloppet med sädan hastighet att smältan lyftes upp utmed ugnsväggen och faller ned som finfördelade vätskedroppar, och det erhällna räblyet raffineras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att i räblyet eventuellt ingäende föroreningar av tenn, antimon och arsenik avlägsnas genom en oxidation av föroreningarna i blysmältan med hjälp av syre-haltig gas, varefter bildad slagg avlägsnas.
3- Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att avlägsnandet av tenn i räblyet sker genom att först i huvudsak hela mängden tenn oxideras och en slagg avdrages, varefter oxidationen fortsättes till dess i huvudsak hela mängden arsenik och antimon oxideras och att den därvid bildade slaggen avdrages. U. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den roterbara ugnen drives med en hastighet av 0,5 - 7 m/s mätt vid den inre cylindriska periferiytan i ugnen under reduktions- och raffineringsfaserna.
5· Förfarande enligt patentkravet U, kännetecknat därav, att hastigheten är 2-5 m/s.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav att man använder blyhaltiga material, vilka erhällits som nielianprodukter vid en pyrometallurgisk behandling av komplexa mineral innehällande bly, zink och/ eller koppar.
7· Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknat därav, att materialet utgöres av stoft frän en blysmältugn.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknat därav, att materialet innehäller ätminstone 20 viktprocent bly.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att koi, sulfider, väte, koloxid eller metalliskt järn användes som reduktions-medel.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man som bränsle använder koi, oija, naturgas eller pyriter.
