Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö koskee sideainekoostumusta hienojakoisten malmihiukkasten agglomerointiin, joka sisältää vesiliukoisen metallisuolan ja synteettisen polymeerin vesiliuoksena. Esillä oleva keksintö koskee lisäksi menetelmää malmiagglomeraattien valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä sisältää sen, että lisätään sideainekoostumus hienojakoisiin malmipartikkeleihin seoksen muodostamiseksi ja muodostetaan seos agglomeraateiksi. Tämän lisäksi esillä oleva keksintö koskee sintrausprosessia, joka sisältää sen, että lisätään sideainekoostumus hienojakoisiin malmipartikkeleihin seoksen muodostamiseksi, muodostetaan seos agglomeraateiksi ja kuumennetaan agglomeraatteja sintterin saamiseksi. Esillä oleva keksintö koskee myös sideainekoostumuksen käyttöä lisäaineena malmien agglomeroinnissa.
