Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä ja laitteisto sellutehtaan mustalipeän käsittelemiseksi sen sisältämien kemikaalien energian ottamiseksi talteen. Keksinnössä mustalipeä pyrolysoidaan pyrolyysireaktorissa (4), johon johdetaan polttoyksikössä (6) kuumennettua metallioksidin ja natriumoksidin muodostamaa kaustisointimateriaalia, pyrolyysissä muodostuneet kaasumaiset komponentit johdetaan hyödynnettäväksi ja kiintoaineet palautetaan polttoyksikköön.
