Abstract
Esillä oleva keksintö koskee kiekkotyyppistä jauhatuslaitetta. Tämä laite koostuu akselista (1), jossa on pyörivä kiekko (2), johon on jäljestetty sarja jauhinelementtejä (4), ja paikallaan pysyvästä kiekosta (3), jossa on myöskin sarja jauhinelementtejä (5). Keksinnön tunnusmerkkinä on se, että paikallaan pysyvien jauhinelementtien (5) ja paikallaan pysyvän kiekon (3) väliin on järjestetty yksitai useampi aksiaalisesti muotoaan muuttava kammio (6). Nämä kammiot on täytetty edullisesti vakiomäärällä kokoonpuristumatonta hydraulista väliainetta, jonka on mahdollista liikkua kammioiden sisällä tai niiden välillä. Paikallaan pysyvien jauhinelementtien (5) sarjaa voidaan näin ollen liikuttaa kulmittain, jotta se säätyy itsestään tangentiaalisesti yhdensuuntaisesti pyörivän kiekon jauhinelementtien (4) sarjaan nähden. Samanaikaisesti hydraulisen väliaineen kokoonpuristumattomuus estää paikallaan pysyvien jauhinelementtien (5) sarjaa liikkumasta pelkästään aksiaaliseen suuntaan ja siten heikentämästä koneen aksiaalista jäykkyyttä. Koska paikallaan pysyvien jauhinelementtien sarja on kiinnitetty sisäkehältään kiinteästi paikallaan pysyvään kiekkoon, myös kiekkovälin radiaalista yhdensuuntaisuutta voidaan säätää kuvatun suoritusmuodon mukaisesti siten, että hydraulisen väliaineen määrää muotoaan muuttavissa kammioissa säädetään. (Fig.2)The present invention relates to a disc type grinding device. This device consists of a shaft (1) with a rotating disc (2) on which a series of grinding elements (4) are imprinted, and a stationary disc (3) also with a series of grinding elements (5). The invention is characterized in that one or more axially deformable chambers (6) are arranged between the stationary grinding elements (5) and the stationary disc (3). These chambers are preferably filled with a constant quantity of incompressible hydraulic fluid which is capable of moving within or between the chambers. The series of stationary grinding elements (5) can thus be moved angularly so as to self-adjust tangentially parallel to the series of grinding elements (4) of the rotating disc. At the same time, the incompressibility of the hydraulic medium prevents the series of stationary refining elements (5) from moving only in the axial direction and thus reducing the axial rigidity of the machine. Since the series of stationary refining elements is fixedly attached to the stationary disc by its inner circumference, the radial parallelism of the disc gap can also be adjusted according to the embodiment described by adjusting the amount of hydraulic medium in the deforming chambers.
