Abstract
Keksintö koskee menetelmää galakto-oligosakkarideja sisältävien maitotuotteiden valmistamiseksi, joilla osana säännöllistä ruokavaliota on edullisia fysiologisia vaikutuksia, ja siten ne pystyvät edistämään paksusuolen terveyttä ja parantamaan ruoansulatuskanavan toimintaa. Keksintö koskee myös tällaisen tuotteen käyttöä sellaisenaan, kun tuotteella on laksatiivista tai bifidogeenistä vaikutusta, tai käyttöä prebioottisena ainesosana funktionaalisten elintarvikkeiden valmistuksessa.The invention relates to a method for the preparation of milk products containing galactooligosaccharides, which, as part of a regular diet, have beneficial physiological effects and are thus able to promote colon health and improve the functioning of the digestive tract. The invention also relates to the use of such a product as such, when the product has a laxative or bifidogenic effect, or as a prebiotic ingredient in the preparation of functional foods.
