Abstract

Keksintö koskee haalarimaista asustetta, etenkin harjoitteluasustetta käytettäväksi erityisesti lihaskuntoa kohottavissa harjoituksissa lisäämään harjoittelun rasittavuutta ja sisältäen lisäpainoja. Lisäpainot on sijoitettu sekä asusteen housuosaan (1) että myös liiviosaan (3) hyvin paikallaan pysyvällä tavalla. Housuosan ja liiviosan välissä on väliosa (2), jossa ei ole painoja. Myös raajoissa on haluttaessa painoja. Asusteen eri osat ovat haluttaessa irrotettavalla tavalla toisiinsa kiinnitettyjä. (Fig. 5)The invention relates to a jumpsuit-like garment, especially a training garment for use in particular in exercises that increase muscle fitness to increase the strain of the training and containing additional weights. The additional weights are placed both in the trouser part (1) and also in the vest part (3) of the garment in a very stable manner. There is an intermediate part (2) between the trouser part and the vest part, which does not have weights. There are also weights in the limbs if desired. The different parts of the garment are attached to each other in a detachable manner if desired. (Fig. 5)
