Abstract

The present invention provides a shoulder exercising apparatus comprising a cylindrical rod having a circular cross-section, and twist handles which are symmetrically mounted on both ends of the rod, and which include slide portions sliding along the lengthwise direction of the rod, following the corrugated shape. The shoulder exercising apparatus of the present invention enables the easy use of the muscles of the back, shoulder, the back neck area, and the like which might not otherwise be frequently used to relieve stiffness of the muscles and increase muscle strength, thus providing exercise effects and relieving or preventing common diseases caused by the routine life patterns of modern people, such as frozen shoulder, forward head posture, etc.
