Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää, elektronista laitetta ja tietokoneohjelmaa digitaalisen oikeuksienhallinnan mahdollistamiseksi. Elektroninen laite käsittää ensimmäisen kellon ja valinnaisen toisen kellon. Elektroninen laite voi tallentaa ainakin yhden suojatun mediaobjektin ja mediaobjektiin liittyvät oikeudet. Elektronisessa laitteessa havaitaan aikahyökkäystapahtuma. Kun havaitaan aikahyökkäystapahtuma, kasvatetaan estoaikaa. Estoaikaa vähennetään säännöllisesti. Kun esitetään pyyntö esittää ainakin yksi suojattu mediaobjekti, tarkistetaan, ylittääkö mainittu estoaika etukäteen määritetyn arvon. Ainakin yksi suojattu mediaobjekti esitetään, mikäli ainakin yhteen suojattuun mediaobjektiin liittyvät oikeudet sen sallivat ja mikäli estoaika ei ylitä etukäteen määritettyä arvoa. Keksinnön edut liittyvät parantuneeseen digitaalisten oikeuksien valvontaan.&sr;(Kuva)
