COMPRENDE: A) AÑADIR, COMO IGNIFUGANTE, A VIRUTAS DE MADERA Y/O MATERIALES FIBROSOS DEL TIPO DE MADERA, RESPECTO A SU PESO, UN 5-50% DE UNA MEZCLA DE: I) 50 A 99,5% EN PESO DE UN AGENTE IGNIFUGANTE, FISICA Y QUIMICAMENTE ESTABLE A LA EXTRUSION, COMO POLIFOSFATO AMONICO EN POLVO; II) O,5 A 50% EN PESO DE UNA RESINA SINTETICA ENDURECIDA, INSOLUBLE EN AGUA, COMO UN PRODUCTO DE POLICONDENSACION DE MELAMINA Y FORMALDEHIDO; B) SUMAR A LA MEZCLA AGENTES AGLUTINANTES, ENDURECEDORES Y LUBRICANTES; C) EXTRUIR LA MEZCLA PARA FORMAR CUERPOS MOLDEADOS, ELABORADOS CON UN TROQUEL DE PRENSA, COMO PLACAS; D) PEGAR SOBRE LAS PLACAS OBTENIDAS, UNOS CONTRACHAPADOS DE CUBIERTA O DE CIERRE A BASE DE MADERA, CON UN PEGAMENTO PRODUCTO DE CONDENSACION DE FENOL/MELANINAÑUREA-FORMALDEHIDOS O ISOCIANATOS; Y E) APLICAR ENCIMA UNA CAPA DE BARNIZ TRANSPARENTE DIFICILMENTE INFLAMABLE.
