COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE DISUELVE A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE EL LEVONANTRADOL O EL N-METIL-LEVONANTRADOL, O UNA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO, FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE, DE LOS MISMOS, EN UNA SOLUCION DE UN ANFIFILO NO IONICO CON UNA CONCENTRACION MICELAR CRITICA Y EN UN VOLUMEN INFERIOR AL VOLUMEN TOTAL DE AGUA QUE HA DE ESTAR PRESENTE EN LA FORMULACION FINAL; SEGUNDA, LA SOLUCION FORMADA SE SOMETE A AGITACION; TERCERA, SE AGREGAN LOS ANTIOXIDANTES, LOS EXCIPIENTES Y LOS TAMPONES; Y POR ULTIMO, SE AJUSTA EL PH Y SE LE AÑADE EL AGUA ADICIONAL NECESARIA PARA CONSEGUIR LA CONCENTRACION DESEADA DE INGREDIENTE ACTIVO EN LA FORMULACION FINAL.
