Abstract

The connecting block between two components, or double block for connecting two pairs of components has a body (3) with one end open and the other end closed. Into the open end is fitted a cover (7) with a dividing partition (6) across it, with two sunken regions each having a pair of opposed slots through it. Into each sunken region is inserted an adapter (10), with two locking arms (11) which fit into the two slots. The two adaptors fit inside two components, and the wall (1) which closes the open end of the block, has two recesses (4) into which fit the other two components. These recesses have locking serrations (5) around their interiors. The two adaptors have locking pins (10) projecting from them. The locking arms have barbed ends, to retain them inside the block.
