Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO CONTINUO PARA LA RECUPERACION GLOBAL DE URANIO, TORIO, YTRIO Y TIERRAS RARAS CONTENIDOS EN UNA FASE ACUOSA ACIDA. LA DISOLUCION ACIDA SE EXTRAE CON UNA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA, CONSTITUIDA POR UN ACIDO DI-(ALCOHILFENIL)-FOSFORICO EXENTO DEL DERIVADO MONO-(ALCOHILFENI)-FOSFORICO Y UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE QUE CONTIENE UN AGENTE SOLVATANTE O UN AGENTE MODIFICADOR, OBTENIENDOSE UNA FASE ORGANICA CARGADA DE LOS ELEMENTOS A RECUPERAR. ESTA FASE ORGANICA SE EXTRAE CON UNA FASE ACUOSA DE ACIDO FLUORHIDRICO AL 3-10 POR 100 QUE CONTIENE ACIDO FOSFORICO O SULFURICO. LA FASE ORGANICA SE RECICLA DESPUES DE LAVADA Y LA FASE ACUOSA SE CONCENTRA POR EVAPORACION. EL CONDENSADO DE AGUA Y ACIDO FLUORHIDRICO SE RECICLA Y DEL CONCENTRADO SE SEPARAN LOS METALES EN FORMA DE SALES. 1
