Claims (11)

1. Brush (10) for treating hair, in particular for straightening it, having an elongated shape along a main axis (X), where the brush has: - a single heated styling zone (C), without steam outlet, in which the brush (10) comprises: ° a plurality of teeth (23) made of a heat-conducting material, where the teeth (23) extend along a row of teeth extending along the main axis of the brush (10), and ° heating means (35, 37) comprising at least one active element heating at least two of the plurality of teeth (23) extending at least partially under the heated combing zone for heating, - a single steam outlet zone (V), without teeth, in which the brush (10) has a single row of a plurality of steam outlets (30) aligned with each other along a longitudinal axis of the steam outlet zone, where the steam outlets (30) flow into the brush (10) in a common steam distribution chamber (42), where the steam outlet zone (V) is separated from the single heated hair styling zone (C) and located on the periphery of the single heated hair styling zone (C), where the row of steam outlets extends along the main axis (X) of the brush and along the heated styling zone (C). 2. Brush according to claim 1, having a treatment surface (21) intended to come into contact with the hair during hair treatment and from which the teeth (23) extend, wherein the heated combing zone (C) covers more than 50%, better still more than 70%, of the treatment surface (21). 3. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the teeth (23) are made of iron, aluminum, titanium or stainless steel, graphite or ceramic, possibly provided with a coating. 4. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a steam spray system (42, 45, 48) configured to provide steam to the steam outlet area (V), in particular to the steam outlets (30), at a steam flow rate of less than or equal to 5 mL min-1, better still between 0.2 and 4 mL min-1, better still between 0.4 and 2 mL min-1 and most preferably between 0.5 and 0.95 mL min-1. 5. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a steam spraying system (42, 45, 48) configured such that the speed of the steam emitted by the steam outlet zone (V), in particular the steam outlets (30), is between 0.007 m/s and 15 m/s, better still between 0.01 m/s and 3 m/s and even better still between 0.1 m/s and 1 m/s. 6. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a reservoir (48) of product to be vaporized, in particular water, in particular of a volume between 1 ml and 50 ml, in a handle or in the head of the brush. 7. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the heat-conducting material has a thermal conductivity greater than 10 Wm-1K-1, better than 50 Wm-1K-1, better than 100 Wm-1K-1. 8. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, wherein at least one steam outlet (30) is at a distance of less than or equal to 5 cm, better still less than or equal to 2 cm, from at least one tooth (23) of the heated combing zone (C). 9. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, wherein each steam outlet (30) has an opening of less than or equal to 20 mm2, better still less than or equal to 10 mm2, even better still less than 5 mm2, very preferably less than 2 mm2. 10. Brush according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a handle (15) and a head (20), wherein the head (20) carries a treatment surface (21) from which the teeth (23) extend, wherein the brush (10) further comprises, in the handle (15), a product reservoir (48) to be vaporized, in particular water, in particular having a volume varying from 1 ml to 50 ml. 11. Method for treating hair with a brush (10) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising: - a step of simultaneously heating and styling a lock of hair by passing it between the teeth (23) of at least one heated styling zone (C), - applying steam to the lock of hair in at least one steam outlet zone (V), where the steam outlet zone(s) are separated from the heated styling zone(s) (C), where the simultaneous heating and styling step and the application of steam are carried out on a strand of hair by passing the brush (10) once through the hair.
