- providing a piece of flexible sheet laminate (6) composed of at least some first and second layers (61, 62), the first and second layers (61, 62) not being permanently laminated together in an area where a integrated adhesive tab (4);

- optionally insert additional integrated adhesive tabs (4);

- arranging the flexible sheet laminate part (6) with another piece of flexible sheet material such that the front wall (32) and the rear wall (31) of the flask (1) are located opposite each other; and - sealing the side portions of the front and rear walls (31, 32) of the flask (1) to form a first pocket (3);

18. A method according to claim 16 or claim 17, wherein the cutting is carried out by means of physical cutting means similar to, for example, a knife or cutter-based cut, a jet-based or liquid-based cut sand or a laser based cut.
