Abstract
Un sistema (20) de estabilización interespinosa, translaminar que comprende: un dispositivo (22) implantable para ser ubicado entre dos vértebras adyacentes, donde el dispositivo (22) comprende una sección (32) inferior, una sección (34) superior, una sección (30) media flexible que se extiende entre las secciones anteriores y que está configurada para apoyarse contra la lámina entre las vértebras adyacentes, donde la sección (32) inferior, la sección (34) superior y la sección (30) media flexible forman en conjunto un cuerpo con forma de U, caracterizado por que el dispositivo (22) comprende adicionalmente una pareja de placas (36) laterales que se extienden desde una de las secciones (32, 34) superior o inferior y que definen una brida (38) para recibir una apófisis espinosa, donde cada una de las placas laterales comprende una extensión que se extiende más allá de la apófisis espinosa y hacia la lámina para acoplarse con una superficie laminar de una de las vértebras, donde cada una de las placas (36) laterales incluye adicionalmente una abertura (42) en la extensión para recibir un elemento (50) de sujeción de hueso a su través, donde la abertura (42) comprende una ranura alargada para acomodar el movimiento del elemento de sujeción de hueso con respecto a la placa (36) lateral; y al menos un elemento (50) de sujeción de hueso para ser ubicado a través de al menos una placa (36) lateral para sujetar el dispositivo (22) a la superficie laminar de una de las vértebras.
