Abstract

Un aparato para aplicar etiquetas (5) a cajas (1), definiendo el aparato una zona de etiquetado para recibir una caja (1) que tiene un lado (2) superior y primeros y segundos lados (3, 4) laterales opuestos, comprendiendo el aparato: un porta-etiquetas (30) para soportar una etiqueta (5) de manera liberable, que tiene una porción (6) central y una primera y una segunda porción (7, 8) terminal, siendo amovible verticalmente el porta-etiquetas (30) en relación con dicha zona de etiquetado para colocar la porción (6) central de la etiqueta (5) sobre el lado (2) superior de la caja (1) recibida en la zona de etiquetado; y un conjunto (20) de presión que comprende dos elementos (21, 21') de presión dispuestos en dos lados laterales mutuamente opuestos de la zona de etiquetado, siendo amovibles hacia abajo los elementos (21, 21') de presión tanto en relación con la zona de etiquetado como en relación con el porta-etiquetas para doblar las primeras y segundas porciones (7, 8) terminales de la etiqueta (5) sobre los primeros y segundos lados (3, 4) laterales de la caja (1), estando fabricado cada elemento (21, 21') de presión de una lámina de material elástico, caracterizado porque los elementos (21, 21') de presión son amovibles además a lo largo de una dirección lateral en relación con la zona de etiquetado lejos de los primeros y segundos lados laterales de la caja (1) para incrementar una distancia entre los elementos (21, 21') de presión y liberar por tanto presión desde los primeros y segundos lados (3, 4) laterales de la caja (1).
