Abstract

The device has a spot (1a) formed by an elastic material piece rolled up into a casing, which is installed into a bottle neck (41). Description

The present invention relates to a device for the non-dripping of liquid from bottles, consisting of a piece of elastic material that can be rolled up forming a sleeve that can be introduced into the bottleneck 5 in contact with the inner surface thereof and forming its outer edge a detachment edge for the liquid that comes out of the bottle.

Such a device is known, for example, from EP560777B1. It is a piece of elastically deformable material that is made with a liquid-repellent surface and that can be rolled up forming a sleeve that can be introduced into the neck of a bottle to which a liquid has to be extracted, for example a bottle of came. Due to the elasticity of the piece of material, the outer surface of the sleeve comes into intimate contact with the inner surface of the bottleneck and the edge of the sleeve, located outside the bottle, forms a detachment edge for the liquid that comes out of the bottle, which allows to finish the pouring procedure without dripping.

Devices called dumps are mass produced items that are manufactured at a low cost. 15 Generally, these dumps are packed individually and marketed in this way. The packaging causes a higher cost than the manufacturing cost.

Landfills that are used in the domestic sphere are needed in small quantities. However, in case of the use of this type of spills in gastronomy companies, an individual spout is used for each bottle. Given that, for this reason, there is a high demand for dumps of this type in gastronomy companies, it is convenient to pack them in large quantities, thereby achieving decisive cost savings.

However, in the gastronomy companies there is a need to provide the customer with a spout when serving the bottle of wine. If said spout is packed, it is possible without problems. However, if the spout is not packed because it has been removed from a container with a large number of units, a way must be found to deliver the spout to the customer in style. 25

According to the invention, this objective is achieved in such a way that the piece of material is made with a cut whereby a flap is formed that can be placed around the bottleneck, whereby the piece of material can be fixed to the bottle.

Thanks to this configuration, the unpacked spout, for example, can be attached to a bottle of wine and delivered to the customer next to it. 30

Preferably, the cut extends close and especially in parallel with respect to the edge of the piece of material, and may have a length corresponding to between 20% and 50% of the edge of the piece of material. In addition, preferably, the areas located at the ends of the flap, between it and the remaining piece of material, are made with controlled breakage points, along which the flap can be easily separated from the remaining piece of material. In this way, the spout can be easily released from the bottle. According to a preferred embodiment, the flap has a width of 0.5 mm to 6 mm.

A special advantage of such a pourer is also that it can be provided with an impression, which also allows it to be used as an advertising medium or as a pendant with information about the product, especially about the wine in question.

According to a first preferable embodiment, the piece of material is configured as a rectangle with an appendix protruding transversely from it and whose width is slightly greater than the outside diameter of a bottleneck, said appendix being made approximately semicircular in its free end, extending the cut along the edge of the appendix, so that the flap is made approximately in the form of a semi-ring that contacts the bottleneck. According to a second preferable embodiment, the piece of material is configured as a rectangle with an appendix protruding from it, the appendix being configured approximately in the form of a triangle, whose base has the same length as the rectangle and is rounded with respect to the base, also extending the cut along the free edge of the appendix, so that the flap is configured approximately as an arc that comes into contact with the bottleneck. Also in this embodiment, the flap wraps around the neck of 50 bottles.

In figure 1 a first pourer 1 is represented which is constituted by a piece of material that has an approximately rectangular area 11 and an appendix 12 protruding from it at right angles, the appendix 12 being made at its free end with a semicircular edge . Said pouring 1 is composed of a rigid aluminum elastic sheet, covered with polyester on both sides, which has a thickness of approximately 0.15 mm, 20. For its intended use, said pourer 1 is rolled into a sleeve and inserted with zone 11 in the mouth of a bottle, appendix 12 being outside the bottle. A detachment edge is formed at the edge of the sharp edge of Appendix 12, which guarantees a drip-free end of the pouring procedures.

Appendix 12 has a width slightly greater than the outside diameter of the bottleneck. In addition, along the edge of the free end of Appendix 12, the pourer 1 is made with a cut 2 that extends parallel to said edge, a flap 3 being formed that can be folded away from the pourer 1, so which by means of said flap 3 can be fixed to a wine bottle 4 in such a way that the flap 3 is placed on the bottle neck 41 as it is represented in figures 2 and 2a. The flap 2 has, for example, a width of 2.5 mm. 30

In this way, the pourer can be delivered to a customer in an attractive way next to a bottle of wine 4. Since, therefore, no packaging is required, decisive savings are achieved.

In order to be able to release the pourer 1 in a simple manner from the bottle 4, those areas in which the flap 3 becomes the zone 11 are made with controlled breaking points 31, along which the pourer 1 can be easily separated from the flap 3. 35

In addition, a pourer 1 of this type may be provided with an impression that either serves advertising purposes, or serves, as a pendant, to give information about the product contained in the wine bottle, such as relative indications to the wine.

Therefore, by means of a pourer according to the invention, on the one hand, decisive savings are achieved. On the other hand, a spout according to the invention can be used as an advertising medium or as an information medium. Since the flap 3 is removed from the spout 1, the edge formed by the cut 2 constitutes the detachment edge for the liquid.

The pourer 1a shown in figure 3 differs from the pourer 1 according to figure 1 only in that after the approximately rectangular area 11a there is an approximately triangular appendix 12a, whose base has the same length as the approximately rectangular area 11a, being 45 also rounded its edge opposite the base.

This appendix 12a is also made with a cut 2a that extends parallel to the edge thereof, being formed a flap 3a that can be folded away from the pourer 1a, so that by means of said flap 3a it can be fixed to a bottle of wine 4 placing it on the bottleneck 41 as shown in Figures 4 and 4a. This pourer 1a is also made, in those areas where the flap 50 3a becomes the zone 11, with controlled breaking points 31a, along which the pourer 1a can be easily separated from the flap 3a.

The spout 1b shown in Figure 5 is distinguished from the spout 1a of Figure 3 in that on the side opposite to the triangular appendix 12b it is made with a cut 2b that extends parallel to the edge of the spout 1b, so that in the side of the spout 1b that is inserted into the bottle neck 41 a flap 3b is formed.

The special advantage of this embodiment is that, although the flap 3b with which the spout 1b can be fixed to a bottle 4 is provided, said flap 3b is provided on the side of the spout 1b that is inserted into the neck of bottle. Therefore, it is not necessary to separate the flap 3b from the pourer 1b for a pouring procedure.

For the rest, the spouts 1a and 1b have the same configuration, similar characteristics and the same function as the spout 1 according to figure 1.
