Abstract
Dispositivo para la producción de un producto moldeable de confitería, que comprende un aparato evaporador (4) dotado de rascador que comprende: un cuerpo de evaporación interna, medios de alimentación (44) que proporcionan una pasta al interior del cuerpo envolvente de evaporación, de manera que el cuerpo interno de evaporación está dividido, como mínimo, en dos partes de evaporación, una parte de evaporación superior (40) y una parte de evaporación inferior (42), poseyendo cada una de dichas partes su forma específica propia y/o características de calentamiento, y comprendiendo cada una de ellas un juego de elementos de rascado individuales (45, 47).
