Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar un látex de poliuretano/urea/tiourea con alto contenido en sólidos que comprende las etapas de: a) Hacer confluir, de forma continua, en presencia de una cantidad emulsionante y estabilizante de un tensioactivo, una primera corriente que contiene agua fluyendo a un caudal r1, con una segunda corriente que contiene un prepolímero de poliuretano/urea/tiourea, fluyendo a un caudal r2, para formar un prepolímero de látex de poliuretano/urea/tiourea, y b) poner en contacto el prepolímero de látex con un reactivo prolongador de cadena en condiciones tales que se forme un látex de poliuretano/urea/tiourea; en el que la relación r2:r1 no es menor de 65:35 y es menor de 74:26.
