Abstract
Recipiente de tratamiento (10) para el tratamiento en vacío de acero líquido, formado por una parte inferior (11), que presenta unos tubos de inmersión (12) empalmados a la misma, y por una parte superior (15), provisto además de un dispositivo de calentamiento, una instalación de carga (14) y una conexión de gas de escape (16), dispuesta en el ángulo recto respecto del eje central del recipiente, presentando el recipiente de tratamiento (10) un revestimiento (19) metálico exterior y en su parte inferior (11) un recubrimiento (20), empalmado hacia el interior del recipiente, de material refractario, y estando el revestimiento (19) metálico de la parte superior (15) del recipiente, incluida la conexión de gas de escape (16), dotado de una instalación de refrigeración por agua (23) y estando por el lado interior expuesto directamente a las condiciones de proceso reinantes en el interior del recipiente (10), caracterizado porque el revestimiento (19) metálico dotado con la instalación de refrigeración por agua (23) se extiende hacia fuera más allá de la conexión de gas de escape (16) y forma un tramo de refrigeración de gas (27) conectado a la conexión de gas de escape del recipiente.
