Abstract

Un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I) o una sal o un solvato farmacológicamente aceptables del mismo: en la que R1 significa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo hidroxilo, alquilo C1-4 o fenil-alquilo C1-4; R2, R3, R4 y R5, que pueden ser iguales o distintos, significan uno cualquiera de los siguientes restos de (a) a (n): (a) un átomo de hidrógeno; (b) un átomo de halógeno; (c) un grupo hidroxilo eventualmente protegido; (d) formilo; (e) alquilo C1-12 que puede estar sustituido por un átomo de halógeno; (f) alquenilo C2-12 que tiene uno o varios dobles enlaces carbono-carbono y puede estar sustituido por (1) un átomo de halógeno, (2) ciano, (3) -COR9 en el que R9 significa un átomo de hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6, (4) -COOR10, en el que R10 significa un átomo de hidrógeno o alquilo C1-6, (5) -CONR11R12 en el que R11 y R12, que pueden ser iguales o distintos.
