Abstract
Elprocedimiento según la invención e caracteriza porque, antes del arranque de la colada, se determina una posición de inicialización (31) del gato de control del vástago del tapón mientras que éste descansa sobre su asiento bajo su único peso, y después de haber llenado el distribuidor equipado con este vástago del tapón, se acciona el gato para llevarlo a una posición (33) de sobrecierre controlado, y para arrancar la colada, se controla el gato según una ley impuesta (34) de desplazamiento en función del tiempo, estando el instante (t1) de inicio de colada determinado a partir de esta ley, y se sigue accionando el gato de control en el sentido de la apertura, para dejar fluir el metal en la lingotera. Aplicación en la colada continua de los metales, en particular del acero.
