Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE PARTIDA PARA UMA OPERAçãO DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA DE METAIS"<D>. O processo de acordo com a invenção é caracterizado pelo fato de que, antes do início da fundição, é determinada uma posição de início (31) para o atuador de controle da haste de tampão, quando a haste de tampão está em repouso sobre o seu assento, sob o seu próprio peso, e após ter enchido a panela intermediária equipada com essa haste de tampão, o atuador é operado para colocá-lo em uma posição superfechada controlada (33) e, para iniciar a fundição, o atuador é acionado de acordo com um movimento imposto versus a lei do tempo (34), o tempo (t1) para início da fundição sendo determinado dessa lei e o atuador de controle continua a ser acionado na direção de abertura para possibilitar que o metal escoe para o molde de lingotes. Aplicável à fundição contínua de metais, especialmente aço.
