DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO ES UN PROCESO DE TIPO CONTINUO, DURANTE EL CUAL SE PRODUCEN AGLOMERADOS DETERGENTES DE ALTA DENSIDAD, MEDIANTE LA ALIMENTACION DE UNA PASTA TENSIOACTIVA Y DE UN MATERIAL DETERGENTE SECO DE PARTIDA, A UN MEZCLADOR/DENSIFICADOR QUE TIENE UN ARBOL ROTATORIO SITUADO EN SU CENTRO, EL CUAL SUFRE UNA VIBRACION MINIMA, MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACION DE AMORTIZADORES SINCRONIZADOS, MONTADOS SOBRE DICHO ARBOL. EL CITADO PROCEDIMIENTO PRODUCE UNA COMPOSICION DETERGENTE DE DENSIDAD ELEVADA, QUE FLUYE LIBREMENTE, LA CUAL SE PUEDE COMERCIALIZAR COMO COMPOSICION DETERGENTE COMPACTA O DE DOSIFICACION BAJA.
