Abstract

Un elemento de protección consistente en: (a) una máscara consistente en: (i) una porción central que tiene un par de bordes opuestos, (ii) una primera porción unida a un borde de la porción central, (iii) una segunda porción unida al otro borde de la porción central, en donde por lo menos una de las porciones central, primera y segunda están fabricadas de material de filtro; y (b) una pantalla protectora flexible y transparente que tiene bordes superior e inferior, y dimensionada para cubrir la porción de la cara del usuario no cubierta por la máscara, conteniendo el borde inferior de la pantalla protectora por lo menos un resalte, estando la pantalla protectora sujeta a la máscara y adaptada para ser desplazada entre una primera posición en la cual el borde inferior de la pantalla protectora y el resalte del borde inferior se sitúan enfrente de la porción central de la máscara, y una segunda posición en la cual el resalte del borde inferior aprieta la máscara de forma tal que por lo menosuna porción del borde inferior de la pantalla protectora se sitúa por detrás de la porción central.
