LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO DE ESTABILIZACION DE UN LECHO FLUIDIZADO EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE TOSTACION DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO PARA UN CONCENTRADO DE SULFURO METALICO. DICHO METODO COMPRENDE UNA FASE DE CONTROL DE LA DISTRIBUCION POR TAMAÑOS DEL MATERIAL PARTICULADO EN EL LECHO, DE FORMA QUE UNA CANTIDAD MINIMA, NO INFERIOR A APROX. EL 30 % DEL CONCENTRADO, SE INCLUYE DENTRO DE UN RANGO DE TAMAÑOS COMPRENDIDO ENTRE APROX. 100 Y 420 MI M. DICHA CANTIDAD MINIMA SE INCLUYE PREFERIBLEMENTE EN EL RANGO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE APROX. EL 35 Y EL 40 %. EN UNA REALIZACION DE LA INVENCION, LA DISTRIBUCION DEL TAMAÑO DE LAS PARTICULAS SE CONTROLA MANTENIENDO EL CONTENIDO DE PLOMO EN EL CONCENTRADO, EN UN RANGO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE APROX. EL 3 Y EL 4 %, PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE APROX. EL 3,7 Y EL 3,8 %.
