Abstract
Método para la fabricación de implantes endo-óseos o prótesis médicas mediante la técnica de implantación iónica. El método comprende la implantación iónica de cantidades controladas de elementos tales como CO, C u O en implantes endo-óseos o prótesis fabricados en metales, aleaciones metálicas o materiales compuestos biocompatibles. Este tratamiento superficial origina unas modificaciones en las características de la superficie de los implantes endo-óseos o prótesis que aumenta significativamente su grado de óseo-integración.
