Abstract
"Procedimiento y planta de valorización de residuos líquidos combustibles". El procedimiento comprende: comprimir y recalentar aire de combustión (3) aguas arriba de un módulo de cogeneración (1); alimentar los gases de escape (10) producidos por el módulo de cogeneración a un dispositivo de oxidación (22); alimentar residuos líquidos (20) a dicho dispositivo de oxidación; y oxidar en éste los residuos líquidos mediante la post-combustión de los mismos en una cámara de combustión cilíndrica (17), utilizando como comburente los citados gases de escape. La planta incluye un módulo de cogeneración; un dispositivo de oxidación (22), provisto de una cámara de post-combustión cilíndrica (17), de los gases de escape del módulo de cogeneración; unos medios de alimentación (23, 24) de los gases de escape del módulo de cogeneración al sistema de oxidación; un depósito (18) para el residuo líquido; unos medios de alimentación (19, 25) del residuo líquido desde el depósito al dispositivo de oxidación;y unos medios de alimentación de combustible convencional (21) de apoyo al dispositivo de oxidación."Procedure and plant for the recovery of combustible liquid waste". The process comprises: compressing and reheating combustion air (3) upstream of a cogeneration module (1); feeding the exhaust gases (10) produced by the cogeneration module to an oxidation device (22); feeding liquid waste (20) to said oxidation device; and oxidize in it the liquid waste by post-combustion thereof in a cylindrical combustion chamber (17), using the said exhaust gases as a oxidizer. The plant includes a cogeneration module; an oxidation device (22), provided with a cylindrical post-combustion chamber (17), of the exhaust gases of the cogeneration module; supply means (23, 24) of the exhaust gases from the cogeneration module to the oxidation system; a reservoir (18) for the liquid residue; feeding means (19, 25) of the liquid residue from the tank to the oxidation device, and conventional fuel feeding means (21) supporting the oxidation device.
