Abstract
PARA LA CALIBRACION Y ESTABILIZACION DEL PRODUCTO DE DESCARGA DE LAS EXTRUSORAS SE CONOCE EL USO DE UNIDADES TUBULARES DE CALIBRACION TANTO PARA LA CALIBRACION DEL DIAMETRO DEL PRODUCTO COMO PARA EL ENFRIAMIENTO DEL PRODUCTO PARA LA ESTABILIZACION INICIAL DEL PRODUCTO, POR LO QUE EL TUBO DE CALIBRACION DEBE TENER UNA LONGITUD NOTABLE. PARA UNA CALIBRACION EXACTA PUEDE SER ACONSEJABLE EFECTUAR PEQUEÑOS CAMBIOS EN EL DIAMETRO DE CALIBRACION, AUNQUE CON PROBLEMAS ASOCIADOS AL CAMBIO DEL TUBO DE CALIBRACION. LA INVENCION ESTABLECE UN TUBO DE CALIBRACION (14) DE DIAMETRO AJUSTABLE, EN CONCRETO EN CUANTO QUE EL TUBO SE COMPONE DE VARIOS AROS PARTIDOS (116), QUE SE YUXTAPONEN SITUANDO ALEATORIAMENTE LAS DIVISIONES (18), DE MODO QUE EL TUBO, VISTO EN SU DIRECCION AXIAL, QUEDA ENTERO. LOS AROS (16) SE PUEDEN COMPRIMIR COLECTIVAMENTE EN SENTIDO RADIAL DE MANERA CONTROLADA POR MEDIO DE BARRAS DE SUJECION EN CUÑA DE EXTENSION AXIAL (24, 26) PARA REALIZAR UN AJUSTE UNIFORME DEL DIAMETRO DEL TUBO (14) ENCONJUNTO.
